With an exciting pipeline of pharmaceutical launches alongside trusted, established brands, our sales team continues to support meaningful opportunities for veterinary customers, their clients, and our business.In this role, as a field‑based Account Manager covering Berkshire, Oxford & West London, you will be the primary point of contact for Companion Animal Veterinary customers, responsible for delivering growth across our existing portfolio and supporting the launch of new products.
Responsibilities:
Assessing, forecasting, developing plans and reviewing sales to achieve quarterly and annual targets Taking ownership and accountability for all activity within assigned accounts and territory - planning and organising time and resources effectively to meet objectives Uncovering customer needs, identifying opportunities and delivering recommendations for joint commitment plans with your customers Effectively managing internal relationships to provide the optimal level of service for your customers Building long-term sustainable and profitable relationships with all relevant personnel in veterinary businesses Adapting sales approach to meet the needs of the contact objective, customer needs and customer commitment required to the varying different types of customers in a veterinary business. CRM: Delivering on KPIs on call cycle planning and updating and maintenance of customer records

Your Profile: A strong sales background in Animal Health (desirable). We would also love to hear from you if you have sales experience in Human Health or B2B health industries.
Commercial & strategic thinking Ability to prioritise accounts appropriately based on existing sales and potential Can interpret sales data and turn insight into action Manage opportunity and risk
