Company Accountant

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

A unique opportunity has arisen for a hands-on, commercially minded Company Accountant to join a growing group within the commercial property sector. This is a broad and varied role offering real ownership, where you will play a key part in both the day-to-day financial operations and the ongoing financial management of multiple property entities.

This position is ideal for a qualified accountant who enjoys working in a small, agile environment, taking responsibility across the full finance function while contributing to wider business operations. If you thrive in roles where no two days are the same and enjoy being close to the commercial drivers of a business, this could be an excellent fit.

Role Description

You will take ownership of the accounting function across a portfolio of UK-based commercial property companies, ensuring accurate financial management, strong controls, and effective reporting. Alongside core accounting duties, you will also support broader operational and administrative activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
