We are looking for an experienced Company Bar Manager who lives and breathes hospitality. Someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness, leads from the front and inspires others to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
This is far more than a bar management role. It is an opportunity to influence our drinks strategy, develop people, create exciting menus and help drive operational excellence across every Buzzworks venue.

The Works
As Company Bar Manager, every day brings something different. From developing seasonal drinks menus and coaching teams to supporting new venue openings and working with suppliers, this is a varied, hands-on role that combines creativity, leadership and commercial performance.
You will:
- Lead the development of innovative drinks menus across the Buzzworks estate, creating cocktails, premium serves and beverage experiences that complement each venue while supporting our continued growth into rooms.
- Drive wet sales performance by understanding Gross Profit, stock management, pricing strategies and product mix, using data and insight to maximise commercial performance.
- Work closely with Operations Managers, General Managers and venue teams to deliver consistently high standards, exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
- Spend time in venues supporting busy services, leading by example and ensuring every bar operates to the highest standards.
- Work in partnership with training team to Coach, train and develop Bar Managers and bar teams, building capability, confidence and future talent across the business.
- Identify new drinks trends, work with suppliers to source exciting products and build strong commercial partnerships.
- Support new venue openings, acquisitions and refurbishments, helping create outstanding bar experiences from day one.
- Champion compliance, licensing, presentation and operational excellence across every Buzzworks venue.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Food Development and Operations to deliver exciting promotions, launches and seasonal campaigns.

About you:
The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality and full of energy, personality and flair. A natural coach and leader, with the ability to inspire teams, develop people and build a culture where everyone can succeed. Commercially minded with a strong understanding of GP, stock control and driving sales, while never losing sight of the guest experience. Confident building relationships across the business, working alongside suppliers and identifying opportunities to continually improve the Buzzworks drinks offer. Most importantly, someone who is excited by growth, enjoys being operational and wants to help shape the future of one of Scotland's most ambitious hospitality businesses.
