Company Commercial Solicitor 2+ PQE Shropshire GBP Competitive + Excellent Benefits + Hybrid Working

A well-respected and established multi-service law firm in Shropshire is looking to appoint a talented Company Commercial Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its growing team.

The Role

You will advise a diverse client base, ranging from SMEs to larger businesses, on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including:

  • Solvent restructurings
  • Shareholders agreements
  • Commercial contracts
  • Terms and conditions of business
  • Joint ventures
  • Partnership agreements
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate finance transactions
  • General company commercial advisory work

The team handles high-quality transactions and is looking for a lawyer who can confidently manage matters with a degree of autonomy while delivering exceptional client service.

The Candidate

Applications are invited from Company Commercial Solicitors with at least 2 years PQE who can demonstrate:

  • Strong technical knowledge across corporate and commercial law
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
  • The ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
  • A desire to play an active role in business development and team growth
