We are a boutique, multi-disciplinary professional services firm based in London, providing integrated legal, corporate governance, and advisory services to a diverse client base ranging from high-growth startups to established international businesses.
Our collaborative model brings together Company Secretarial, and Advisory teams to deliver practical, Company secretarial solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law graduate to join our team within the Company Secretarial function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to build a career at the intersection of corporate governance, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience supporting a portfolio of clients while developing technical knowledge across company law, compliance, and transactional matters.
Company Secretarial Support
- Assist in maintaining statutory registers and company records
- Support the preparation and filing of documents at Companies House
- Assist with company incorporations, restructurings, and dissolutions
- Prepare board minutes, resolutions, and governance documentation
- Monitor compliance deadlines and support corporate governance processes
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather information
- Support senior team members on client engagements and projects
- Maintain accurate internal records and documentation
- Assist with ad hoc projects across the wider firm

Skills & Experience
- Law Degree (LLB (England and Wales) or equivalent)
- Strong academic record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Interest in corporate governance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Desirable
- Prior internship or work experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Basic understanding of UK company law and Companies House processes
- Interest in pursuing a relevant professional qualification
