Our client, a global asset manager, is seeking a Company Secretary on a 3 month contract, to play a key role in a governance transformation project. Experience with Diligent Entity Management is essential and the successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the implementation of an Entity Management system.
- Uploading of documents to the Entity Management system.
- A complete overhaul of the current electronic filing system for all entities within the Group.
- A complete overhaul of the current electronic filing system for the Group Committees.
- Creation of a CoSec Procedural Manual.
- Ensuring all Board and Committee Minutes are signed and on the drive and within the Entity Management system.
- Adding in relevant documents to the Board portal "resources section" following a recent onboarding.

- Good company secretary experience, particularly experience with Entity Management systems.
- Ability to fulfil the above project scope with limited assistance.
- Good understanding of CoSec documentation/processes which will assist with completing the project with limited assistance.
