About The Role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut, providing sharp, practical advice to ensure the business moves fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to launching and navigating new markets, this team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We’re looking for a Company Secretary to be involved in decision-making on high-priority issues. You’ll provide expert corporate governance advice and guidance to support global growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading coordination with legal and tax advisors to incorporate new branches
  • Managing company compliance and administrative formalities throughout the entity lifecycle
  • Facilitating local regulatory licence applications by providing essential governance documentation
  • Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of committee memberships
  • Providing expert guidance on agenda construction
  • Ensuring governance oversight for share transfers
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and delivering board and committee meetings
  • Managing and overseeing meeting administration workflows

What You’ll Need

You’ll thrive if you have:

  • Professional membership in the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI/ICSA) or admission as a qualified lawyer (e.g., Solicitor, Barrister)
  • 3+ years of experience as a company secretary in a large financial institution or within tech
  • A solid understanding of corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • The ability to lead board and committee arrangements effectively and draft clear minutes
  • Experience overseeing legal entity compliance activity with minimal support
  • Strong collaboration skills to build genuine relationships across seniorities
  • A focus on client delivery and the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • The ability to communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders while providing succinct governance advice
  • Fluency in English
