Company Secretary
Our client is seeking a Company Secretary to join their dynamic corporate services team in a senior-level role. Experience using Diligent Entities and a robust understanding of company law and governance are required.
The successful candidate will manage a client portfolio independently while working closely with stakeholders and internal teams. Strong "train the trainer" skills are encouraged as the role involves mentoring junior colleagues within a high-performing governance function.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, managing:
- Company incorporations
- Board and shareholder meeting support
- Statutory records maintenance
- HMRC Stamp Duty compliance
- Lead complex corporate restructuring, including:
- Demergers
- Share transfers
- Buybacks
- Capital restructuring
- Coordinate workflow management, mentor junior staff, and collaborate closely with senior management
- Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory changes while delivering urgent project deadlines
Working Arrangement
✅ Hybrid flexible working: 2 office days/week + 3 WFH days
