The Role

The Company Secretary will work as a dedicated assistant to the board of directors. The Company Secretary will be responsible for providing guidance to the board of directors and ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, and that the board operates in accordance with best practices. The Company Secretary will also be responsible for managing board meetings and ensuring that accurate minutes are taken.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate governance
  • Strong understanding of company law
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A law degree or equivalent qualification is preferred

Compensation

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of 50,000-60,000 per year.
