The Opportunity:
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Company Secretary Assistant to join our legal team at our Bristol Head Office on an initial 3-month temporary assignment.
The overall purpose of this role is to provide essential administrative and coordination support for this busy department, ensuring the smooth operation of governance processes and compliance requirements.

This position provides the benefits of flexible hybrid working, typically requiring 2 days in our Bristol office per week, with the option to work from home on the other days.
This temporary role offers the opportunity to support critical governance functions in a values-driven organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Executive and Executive Risk Committee meetings (scheduling, preparing and circulating meeting packs, action tracking and minute taking)
- Update and organise the Triodos UK Ltd policy library and track review deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary and Deputy Company Secretary
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Corporate Secretary Assistant with relevant experience in a similar administrative or governance support role - ideally within financial services, law, or a regulated environment. You will have:

- Proven experience coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and supporting Governance processes.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, including the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Discretion and professionalism, as you’ll handle sensitive governance materials.
