Salary – £28,000 - £35,000 Depending On Experience And Qualifications
Hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working
Holiday – 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days)

Our Legal Services division is expanding rapidly to respond to high levels of demand and we have an exciting new opportunity for a full time Company Secretary Assistant in our Southampton office.
Reporting to the two Legal Partners, your case load will be varied and your key responsibilities will include:
administration and practice management; document production; assisting with transactions; managing the statutory filings of private companies; assisting with document circulations in corporate transactions and ad hoc projects assisting with updating the statutory registers and with general company secretarial services; liaising with HMRC and Companies House.

About You
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
a degree in law Experience working as a Company secretarial in a law firm or professional practice is advantageous but not essential Part CGI qualified or desire to undertake CGI qualifications is advantageous but not essential Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Organised, methodical with excellent attention to detail Team player with a strong work ethic and drive good documentation production skills confident communication skills (ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels; from trainees to directors/partners); commercial law experience is advantageous but not essential a driving licence and access to a car is advantageous
