Role Overview
A financial services client who I have known for the past 6 years is looking to appoint a Company Secretary. You will spearhead the Corporate Governance function, working with senior stakeholders to drive efficiencies, implement new governance frameworks and drive innovation through technologies.
Responsibilities
- Managing an excellent assistant company secretary
- Managing multiple Board cycles across listed and private entities
- Keeping abreast of new legislation and horizon scanning
