Are you an experienced Company Secretary looking for a role where you can take ownership and make a real impact?
Would you like to come and work for a well-established and prestigious law firm, right in the heart of Edinburgh city centre? Easily commutable from Musselburg, Dalkeith, Livingston, Bathgate, Linlithgow and surrounding areas.
This is a Hybrid role after 6 months probation (1-2 days from home), working Monday to Friday (33.75 hours per week) that offers a generous competitive salary that's dependent on your levels of experience as a Company Secretary.

Role Overview:
The team provide a range of commercial, transactional and banking/funding services to family offices and private businesses/individuals, including business sale/purchase, corporate governance and commercial contracts. You will be the sole provider of company secretarial services for a large number of entities which includes:

- Managing company secretarial services for a large portfolio of entities
- Handling Companies House administration, including Confirmation Statements and dormant accounts
- Maintaining statutory books and registers, ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Drafting board minutes and administering share allotments, transfers and dividends
- Managing company incorporations, registered office mail and the Inform Direct platform

What will you bring to the role?
- Previous experience within a law firm, accountancy practice, corporate services provider or similar professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of Companies House procedures and corporate governance requirements
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage a varied workload independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
