Role Summary
The Global Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for leading the ongoing development, implementation and optimisation of A-Gas’ global reward strategy in support of business growth, operational performance and the A-Gas strategic plan.
Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, this role will partner closely with the Executive Leadership team, regional P&C teams, business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure compensation and benefits frameworks are competitive, consistent, compliant and aligned to desired behaviours, performance outcomes and employee value proposition. The role combines strategic capability with hands-on delivery and plays a critical role in advancing reward maturity, governance and analytics across the organisation.

Job Requirements
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
- Significant experience in global compensation and benefits roles across multiple regions (e.g. Europe and North America).
- Strong expertise in incentive design, pay-for-performance frameworks and reward strategy development.
- Proven experience in benchmarking, job architecture, market analysis and reward transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, including experience supporting senior leadership and Remuneration Committees.
- Highly analytical with strong data interpretation and advanced Excel capability.
- Strong understanding of global reward governance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) and reward analytics tools.
