Compensation and Benefits manager

Why A-Gas?

At A-Gas, what we do matters — every single day. We are a global leader in Lifecycle Refrigerant Management. We help industries reduce emissions, protect the environment, and transition to a more sustainable future. Our goal is clear: to protect and improve the environment by effectively managing refrigerants throughout their entire lifecycle.

Role Summary:

The Global Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for leading the ongoing development, implementation, and optimisation of A-Gas’ global reward strategy in support of business growth, operational performance, and the A-Gas strategic plan.

Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, this role will partner closely with the Executive Leadership team, regional P&C teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure compensation and benefits frameworks are competitive, consistent, compliant, and aligned to desired behaviours, performance outcomes, and employee value proposition. The role combines strategic capability with hands-on delivery and plays a critical role in advancing reward maturity, governance, and analytics across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
