We're offering a great position for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the People team. So, if you’ve got a way with Human Resources in a challenging environment and a genuine desire to build a first-class People organization, we'd love to hear from you!
Reporting directly to our Head of People, this role will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution. \n
Who You Are: You have significant experience in Compensation & Benefits (8 years at least), and an in-depth knowledge of C&B practices, notably of the North American market You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracy You are able to communicate efficiently and can make complicated concepts seem simple You are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!

What You Will Do: Upgrade our C&B strategy (including equity) to attract and retain our talents, notably by benchmarking our practices with the best-in class Tech companies Update and maintain our compensation ranges according to our strategy Manage our equity attributions Ensure our Benefits’ competitiveness, while keeping Pigment’s strategy and stage in mind Regular meetings and negotiations with Benefits providers, and handling relationships with them Deploy & manage the annual increases’ process worldwide in the Pigment Application. Automate and optimize our C&B processes, campaigns & workflows Participate in global projects such as budget definition, forecasts and ad-hoc analysis.
