Location: DHL Aviation, East Midlands Airport

Contract type: Fixed Term - 6 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (40 hours per week, flexibility required)

🔎 About the Role

As a Compensation & Benefits Administrator, you will provide support across a wide range of employee reward, recognition, and benefits activities. Throughout the role, you will ensure employees receive timely support while helping to maintain accurate records, effective communications, and the smooth operation of reward and benefits initiatives.


✅ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide timely support in managing queries received through the Compensation & Benefits inbox.
  • Assist with the administration of reward and recognition programmes, including reviewing nominations, processing outcomes, and issuing awards.
  • Maintain and update organisational charts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business changes.
  • Support the posting of updates, campaigns, and reminders across internal communication platforms.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefit schemes, carrying out regular checks, issuing routine communications, and responding to employee queries.
  • Support share scheme processes by managing starter and leaver lists and guiding employees through sign‑up and account‑access steps.
  • Monitor and track employee benefit usage, following up with managers where necessary.
  • Verify applications for financial wellbeing programmes and assist employees with related queries and communications.
  • Provide general support with pension‑related queries, including voluntary contributions and online account access.
  • Assist in coordinating internal benefits events, including communication with external providers.
  • Support the ordering and distribution of recognition vouchers and other ad‑hoc reward items.
  • Assist with checks, documentation, and application processing for benefit or salary‑related schemes.
  • Help maintain management information (MI) and reporting for benefit providers.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of employee reward platforms, including membership updates and communication posting.

Desirable:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within DHL, with strong familiarity with internal processes, policies, and ways of working.
  • Confidence in using internal HR systems, platforms, and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams).
