Your mission:
Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic Compensation Benefits Analyst/ Rewards Analyst to support our reward strategy across Europe. You will transform complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations, ensuring our reward practices remain competitive and cost-effective.
Your role will involve:
- Analysing reward data, developing spreadsheet models, performing job matching and benchmarking, and supporting annual reward cycles.
- Monitoring market trends, updating HR systems, analysing and managing data for short-term business visitor compliance and providing advice on international transfers.

What will you do:
- Analyse reward data to provide insights for decisions on compensation and benefits.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheet models to consolidate and analyse data.
- Perform job matching and benchmarking to assess market positioning.
- Support annual data submissions to benchmarking providers and analyse results.
- Monitor market trends and gather insights from third-party providers.
- Participate in annual reward cycle activities, including salary and bonus reviews.
- Update key data in HR systems to support reward processes.
- Provide advice on international transfers, assignments, and remote working requests.
- Administer the data processing of short-term business visitor travel to ensure compliance with necessary legislation.
- Maintain policy, procedure, and process documents.
- Communicate and share knowledge to enhance understanding of reward processes.
- Coordinate procurement processes and track the reward budget.
- Participate in projects as required.

What we ask for:
- Experience in reward (compensation & benefits), ideally in an international or European context.
- Proficiency in pay benchmarking, job matching, and working with external benchmarking providers.
- Experience supporting annual reward cycles using technology.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with HR teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are beneficial.
