ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Compensation & Benefits Lead within the Total Rewards team, you will support the delivery of the organisation's global compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programmes. This is a specialist, individual contributor role where you will provide key expertise and analytical support to ensure our reward practices remain competitive, equitable, compliant, and closely aligned with our talent and business objectives.

Working within a highly collaborative HR function, you will partner closely with Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders across multiple geographies to deliver reward initiatives that enhance employee attraction, retention, and performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in major global projects, including HR technology implementations, organisational redesigns, and reward harmonisation initiatives, while directly influencing strategic workforce decisions through data-driven insights.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Supporting the annual compensation review cycle, including salary increases, bonus planning, and incentive administration
  • Supporting the design and delivery of the reward strategy as well as providing expert advice on compensation, benefits and reward policy.
  • Conducting market benchmarking and compensation analysis using external salary surveys to maintain competitive salary structures and job architecture frameworks.
  • Supporting the management and annual renewal of employee benefits programmes across multiple countries while managing key vendor relationships.
  • Support the development of recognition and incentive programmes across the assigned business line.
  • Producing regular reporting, analytics, and dashboards on pay, benefits and benchmark data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Monitoring internal pay equity and supporting global pay transparency, gender pay gap, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Participating in global reward projects, process optimisations, and change management activities to enhance the employee experience and value proposition.
  • Ensuring all reward programmes comply with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements while maintaining absolute data integrity across systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
