Competitive Intelligence & Strategy Partner

As a Competitive Intelligence & Strategy Partner focused on competitive intelligence, you’ll develop and execute programs that help GTM teams win in competitive deals. You’ll partner with GTM, product, and enablement teams to gather insights, create resources, and train reps on how to position Navan effectively. In this experienced individual contributor role, your work ensures our teams stay informed, confident, and aligned in competitive situations, directly impacting Navan’s market growth and field readiness.

What You’ll Do

  • Create Competitive Content: Develop and maintain essential field-facing assets such as battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and FAQs that reflect the latest market insights.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and enablement teams to ensure all competitive content is timely, relevant, and aligned with overall company messaging.
  • Gather Market Intelligence: Collect field intel, market research, and customer feedback to track competitor movements and identify critical shifts in positioning.
  • Coordinate Enablement: Support the rollout of competitive programs and assets through structured training sessions, Slack updates, team meetings, and LMS management.
  • Track Performance & Improve: Monitor the usage and effectiveness of competitive content, gather continuous feedback from the field, and maintain a feedback loop with reps and managers to align resources with evolving product needs and deal dynamics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain a feedback loop with reps, managers (and PMMs) to keep content aligned with new product needs, deal dynamics, and field requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, competitive intelligence, product marketing, or a related GTM role within a high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience producing and maintaining actionable B2B competitive sales assets such as battlecards, talk tracks, and supporting resources.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across GTM, marketing, and product teams to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex market insights into concise, usable field resources.
  • Proficiency with enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Google Suite, LMS tools, platforms like Seismic).
  • Familiarity with competitive research methodologies, market positioning best practices, and execution of competitive enablement programs.
