Complaints Coordinator – Cheadle, Greater Manchester
Location Cheadle (Fully Onsite), Greater Manchester
Working Hours 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary £27,000 per annum (up to £30,000 for exceptional experience)
Contract Type Permanent
We are partnering with a leading global healthcare organisation to recruit a Complaints Coordinator for their Cheadle site. The Role
This is a highly administrative and process-driven coordination job, where you’ll focus on managing the complaints workflow systematically. While you’ll not be directly responding to complaints, your role is pivotal in ensuring:
- Cases are logged accurately and assigned to the right teams
- Progress is tracked efficiently and system records are updated correctly
- Compliance and governance standards are maintained
- Internal teams operate smoothly in resolving complaints

You’ll act as the central liaison between compliance, clinical, and operational teams, ensuring seamless processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseing day-to-day complaints system operations
- Allocating complaints to the correct internal teams for investigation
- Ensuring case tracking and timely updates in the management system
- Upholding data integrity and compliance with governance standards
- Managing a shared complaints inbox and ensuring proactive distribution
- Supporting reporting, trend analysis, and process improvements
- Collaborating closely with senior compliance and pharmacy stakeholders
About You
We’re seeking an experienced coordinator with a strong background in complaints management and a detailed understanding of its governance structure.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Prior experience in coordinating or administrating complaints (not merely handling comparisons)
- Familiarity with complaints or case management software
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with data and generating reports (Excel proficiency required)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- A proactive, methodical approach to process ownership
