Our client, a growing and people-focused organisation, is looking for a driven Complaints Coordinator to join their team. You'll take ownership of resolving customer complaints while building strong relationships with a network of linguists, helping to maintain high standards and service excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Investigating complaints by engaging with relevant parties.
  • Handling follow-ups for all complaints received via email and telephone.
  • Ensuring all responses are adhere to company SLAs.
  • Communicating with newly onboarded subcontractors
  • Documenting all actions and updates accurately against subcontractors' profiles.

  • Previous experience in complaints handling.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Competence in maintaining accurate and timely records.
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to workload management.
