About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Resolution Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll investigate and resolve customer complaints fairly, efficiently, and in line with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.
You'll play a vital role in delivering positive customer outcomes by providing empathetic support, conducting thorough investigations, and working collaboratively to continuously improve our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints within FCA regulatory timeframes.
- Deliver fair, compliant, and customer-focused outcomes with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage customer accounts and accurately update information across multiple systems.
- Identify root causes of complaints and provide feedback to improve customer journeys and business processes.
- Work towards and maintain Competent Status through quality assessments, training, and continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to resolve customer issues and improve complaint handling processes.
- Take ownership of individual objectives and contribute to team and business success.

About You
You'll have:
- Previous customer service experience (complaints handling or financial services experience is desirable).
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
- The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive, customer-first approach and a commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
