The children’s services feedback team has a fantastic opportunity for two highly organised, and service user focused individuals to join our team.
As a complaints officer, you will report to the children’s services complaints manager and be a key contact for those receiving a service who wish to raise a comment, compliment or complaint, and will be responsible for handling and facilitating the complaints process. You will be triaging complaints, identifying appropriate remedies, and ensuring consistent and accurate responses to all complaints in line with statutory and corporate processes.

You will need excellent communications skills, including being able to confidently and sensitively speak with those wishing to make a complaint. You will be able to plan your own work and work effectively as part of a busy team and develop an outstanding knowledge of children’s services corporate and statutory complaints processes.
