We’re looking for an experienced team leader to join us to manage a team of Complaints Team Manager based in Bracknell. Using your expertise, you’ll lead and motivate them to ensure we’re offering a great service to our customers and timescales are met.

We're looking for someone who can create and maintain a positive complaint handling culture among colleagues, along with the other Customer Relations Team Leaders, working closely with departments across the business to support your team in getting the best possible outcome for our customers.

You'll be working from our Bracknell office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
