Our success is built on the quality of our people, our reputation for technological expertise, best-in-class execution and the collaborative relationships we establish with our customers. We believe that this approach delivers value for our clients and creates exciting opportunities for our people.
We are continuing to build a great team within the PPP (Programme & Project Partners) consortium at Sellafield, and as a result of this we need to recruit a Completions Engineer/Lead to work on one of the new PPP projects.
This is a great role, acting as the expert in ensuring smooth transitions from initial set up to construction phase through to commissioning and handover you'll take responsibility for:
Reasons to use Rodeo
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
It searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Assisting in implementing Omega PIMS
Ensuring this specialist area of expertise is working to world class safety standards.
Looking at new / different ways of improving commissioning/completions from a cost/efficiency/systems/ways of working/eco point of view.
You'll be a commissioning/completions engineer ideally with qualifications in construction/engineering background, and possibly have experience of Omega PIMS (or involvement in implementing a new completions system)
Ensuring the processes and procedures are fit for purpose and in line with current business operating procedures.
You'll possess well developed communication and planning skills, an enthusiastic outlook with a 'can-do' attitude and more importantly you'll want to bring some fresh impetus and maybe some new ideas to the role.
