Working in our fast-paced, successful Sales Operations team in our Cardiff office, there has never been a better time to join Pepper Money, a specialist mortgage lender backed by a global financial institution offering first and second charge loans.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Completions Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll manage mortgage applications post-offer, ensuring all conditions are met and cases are prepared for completion. You’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and efficient customer journey while maintaining high standards of compliance and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process mortgage applications from offer to completion, ensuring all conditions are satisfied.
  • Assess supporting documentation and manage solicitor queries.
  • Prepare cases for fund release and maintain the solicitor panel.
  • Ensure decisions align with regulatory standards and lending risk strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, solicitors, valuers, and internal teams.
  • Meet agreed SLAs and KPIs through proactive pipeline management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Mortgage experience, ideally in the post-offer stage.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering great outcomes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including FCA, TCF, MCOB, and UK Finance Handbook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with DPR systems.
  • CEMAP qualification and previous completion mandate desirable.
