The Role
Working closely with colleagues across the business, this role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless Home Finance customer journey. You’ll support applications from submission through to offer and completion, helping to drive an efficient, accurate, and timely process every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of post-offer applications, managing cases end-to-end to deliver positive outcomes for brokers and customers alike
- Assess and process applications in line with Credit Policy, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements, and operational procedures, supporting the Bank’s reputation as a trusted specialist financier
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience, contributing to the Bank being recognised externally for outstanding service standards
- Manage application pipelines effectively, progressing cases efficiently and in line with established processes, policies, and agreed SLA's
- Handle post-offer inbound and outbound telephony communications professionally and efficiently, consistently meeting agreed KPI's
- Complete all pre-completion checks accurately and efficiently prior to the release of funds
- Support the management of completions workflows, ensuring responses and actions are completed within agreed SLAs
- Act as the main point of contact for external solicitors, facilitating the smooth and timely exchange of information and documentation

What We're Looking For
- Experience within a home purchase plan or other financing related process driven operational team
- A passion and enthusiasm working within a dynamic team environment, supporting colleagues
- Service excellence delivery for customers
Please note - the position is office based with a Hybrid Working policy with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week.
