Complex Care Assistant
Care Professional (Family Home Support) – Harlow
Company Description
- Location: Harlow
- Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
- Shifts Available:
- Days: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 7.30 AM to 7.30 PM
- Requirement: Access to a vehicle due to the role’s location

Job Description
What You’ll Do
We are looking for a confident, caring, and enthusiastic care professional to support our client in her family home. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll assist with:
- PEG feeding
- Medication administration
- Personal care
- Manual handling
- Social activity support
- Shopping trips
- Occasional work travel to London
She lives with her parents, brother, and a friendly dog. Animal lovers welcome!
This role is ideal for someone who brings empathy, energy, and a passion for person-centred care. You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming household where strong relationships and high-quality support make a real difference.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
We are looking for someone with care experience, although this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills. You’ll receive:
