Homecare Assistant – Complex Care (Wellingborough)
Company Description
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Shifts: 7 pm – 7 am | Homecare shift, working 2 waking night shifts per week | Shifts available between Monday and Sunday.

Job Description: Homecare Assistant – Complex Care
What You Will Do
You will work directly in a client’s home, delivering high-quality person-centred care and support in a role that is both varied and rewarding. Your responsibilities will include helping your client to access the community and live a fulfilling life, enabling experiences such as:
- Bowling
- Visiting coffee shops
- Going for walks
- Listening to music
- Watching Marvel Cinematic Universe films

Additionally, you will meet the following key responsibilities:
- Ventilator management
- Administering medication via nasogastric tube
- Personal care and assistance
- Manual handling
- Seizure management
You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support from nurse-led teams to develop and refine your skills in complex care, ensuring you build confidence in your role.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- ** Previous experience in Complex Care would be beneficial, although not essential.**
- You must be someone who thrives in delivering meaningful relationship-focused care.
- Responsibility and reliability are key qualities—punctuality and consistency are priorities.
- Full nurse-led training and clinical support will be provided to assist you in growth and development.
