Job Description We are currently seeking caring, compassionate, and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Regional Care Assistant, supporting clients across the following areas and surrounding locations: Croydon Lewisham Greenwich Mitcham As a Regional Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care by covering rota gaps across a range of care packages. You will be expected to travel up to 50 miles. This position offers the opportunity to build familiarity and trust with service users while delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs. You will support clients in their own homes and within the community, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. The role involves travelling between client locations, working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams, and building positive relationships through reliable, compassionate, and professional support. To succeed in this role, you must have experience and competency in the following clinical skills: Tracheostomy care PEG feeding Ventilator support Suctioning Catheter care This is a flexible role offering a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, providing valuable experience across diverse care settings.
