Complex Care Assistant – Crewe & Surrounding Areas
✅ Location: Crewe, Cheshire & surrounding areas
💰 Pay:
- £14.75 – £15.75/hour, plus merit-based increments
- Pension & holiday pay included (equivalent to rolled-up rate of £17.03 – £18.18/hour)
- +20% on enhanced bank holidays
📅 Hourly Flexibility:
- 20–40 hours per week (with potential for short or 12-hour shifts, day/night)
- Shifts adapted to suit availability where possible

About the Role

- Support female clients with advanced health needs, ensuring dignity, safety, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic support to individuals with complex conditions including:
- Spinal injuries
- Neurological disorders
- Respiratory conditions
- Mental health challenges
- Assist with medication management, PEGs, suction & tracheostomy care, and mobility support.
- Empower clients with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, household duties, and personal hygiene.
- Demonstrate compassion, discretion, and respect in all interactions.

Requirements
- Must be female (based on the genuine occupational requirement).
- Full UK driving licence required to provide client transport (see further details).
- 3+ months of recent UK care experience (formal care setting or filial support).
- Welcoming attitude towards a diverse range of individuals and ages.
- Physical and emotional stamina for client-dependent work.
Driving & Fitness Requirements
✔ Must hold a full UK driving licence. ✔ Must be medically fit to drive. ✔ Will be subject to company driving policy checks.
