Assigned Care Assistant (Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Luton, Bedford)
Company Description
Pay: £15.00 – £15.50 per hour Shifts: 4 shifts per week | Days and waking nights
Driver required: A driver must have a valid driving licence for this role.

Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to support our adult and child care packages across:
- Milton Keynes
- Aylesbury
- Luton
- Bedford
As an Assigned Care Assistant, your role will include:
- Travelling up to 50 miles between client locations, covering gaps in rotas to ensure continuity of care and help build trust and familiarity.
- Providing person-centred support to clients in their own homes and the community.
- Maintaining consistency for service users through regular visits.
- Upholding independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Building genuine, positive relationships through consistent support.
Working Pattern
- Up to 5 shifts per week
- Mixed days/evenings/weekends (alternating weekends: one weekend on, one weekend off)
- Focus on work-life flexibility to support your personal commitments

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have prior care experience (any level).
- Be a qualified driver (required to fulfil shift requirements).
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and take on further training to progress into more senior care roles with CCH.
