Complex Care Assistant

Care Assistant (Complex Care) – Burton Latimer

New Salary:

  • £13.00 per hour (day shifts) | 8am – 8pm
  • £14.00 per hour (night shifts) | 8pm – 8am
  • Work a rolling rota
  • DBS costs covered

About the Role

As Care Assistants at Complete Care Amegreen (CCA), you’ll support our client in Burton Latimer. He lives with his wife and a pet dog, and requires high-level personal care due to Motor Neurone Disease. You’ll provide trusted, compassionate support in his own home.

What You’ll Do

  • Work day or waking night shifts (8am–8pm | 8pm–8am)
  • Deliver high-quality complex care in a client’s home
  • Support a client with Motor Neurone Disease, including:
    • Tracheostomy care
    • PEG tube support for medication and feeding
    • Ventilator management (if required)
    • Mobility support and moving/handling
    • Suction, cough assistance and catheter care
    • Assisting with daily routines
