Now, as part of the TCC (a division of CCH), we’re seeking a Compassionate, Reliable, and Adaptable Care Professional to join our Complex Care team in Walsall, supporting a double Paralympian.
Key Details
- Location: Walsall
- Pay: £13.00 per hour
- Shifts: Days (9am–6pm) or Evenings (9pm)
- Vehicle Required: Yes – Full licence and access to your own vehicle mandatory.
The Role: Join a Paralympian’s Team
You’ll provide bespoke support to a Team GB Paralympic shooter with a spinal cord injury during:

- Daily personal care & home support

Work Location: Client’s family annex (trustworthy, friendly environment, including two well-behaved cats).
What You’ll Do
- Personal care assistance & daily living support
- Clinical tasks (full training provided)
- Training/local travel logistical support
- Collaborate with family, coaches & medical staff
- Adapt seamlessly between competitive seasons and quieter periods
About You
✅ Compassionate & patient – Can you build strong, trust-based relationships? ✅ Dependable & team-focused – Reliable during long hours and competitive travel. ✅ Confident with physical care – Experience helps, but training investing is mandated. ✅ Travel-ready – Willing to support UK and international participation when needed. ✅ Professional & adaptable – Role shifts dynamically between challenging and normal routines. ✅ Proven driver – Full car licence + independent vehicle access must be available.
