About the Role
As a Complex Care Assistant at Alcedo Care, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs, including:
- Spinal injuries
- Respiratory conditions
- Neurological disorders
You’ll require at least 3 months of hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or family support role to ensure you’re confident in your support abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing specialist care such as PEG管 feeding, suctioning, and tracheostomy support
- Assisting with medication management, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Empowering independence and enhancing quality of life
Backed by our in-house training team (including Registered Nurses), you’ll receive full support and competency sign-off.
