Complex Care Assistant – Preston & Surrounding Areas
Role: 🔴 Complex Care Assistant (Female Applicants Only)
Location: Preston and surrounding areas
Excellent Compensation Package

Hourly pay: £14.75 - £15.75/hour Plus Pension Scheme & Holiday Pay (equivalent to: £17.03 – £18.18 per hour, rolled up)

Flexible working: 20–40 hours/week (plus opportunities for short shifts or 12-hour shifts, days/nights)

To work as a Complex Care Assistant, you must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be medically fit to drive

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
🔸 At least 3 months of hands-on UK care experience (formal or familial) — Essential to confidently support clients with advanced needs
Skills & Attributes
🔹 Caring, empathetic nature 🔹 Problem-solving abilities 🔹 Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team 🔹 Understanding of dementia, complex mobility issues and mental health support
