Complex Care Assistant
Pay: £13.50 per hour Shifts: 8 pm – 8 am (involving waking night shifts, Sundays, and occasional shifts across the week)

Job Title
Complex Care Assistant (Night Shift)
What You’ll Do
Working in the client’s family home, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering night-time care and support. Our client lives with his wife and two children, has a tracheostomy, and is non-verbal, communicating via a wipeboard. He also enjoys painting and drawing! You’ll be part of ensuring quality care through compassionate, consistent, and empathetic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tracheostomy care
- Assisting with moving and handling tasks
- Supporting with personal care
Requirements
Since no prior experience is necessary, we welcome motivated individuals who:
- Are punctual, reliable, and committed
- Value relationship-building with their clients
- Bring empathy and enthusiasm to each shift to ensure consistency Training Details: • Full nurse-led training provided • Paid induction included • Career progression into senior and leadership roles
