Complex Care Assistant

**Senior Complex Care Worker]

Location: Wellingborough Role Type: Full-time | Shifts Pay: £14.00 per hour Shift Pattern:

  • 2 waking night shifts per week (7 pm – 7 am)
  • Available weekday and weekend shifts (Monday to Sunday)

We are now looking for a Compassionate, Reliable Senior Complex Care Worker to join our Complete Care Amegreen (CCA) team in Wellingborough. If you share our values of Community, Courage, and Heart, we’d love to hear from you.


What You Will Do

You’ll work in the client’s family home, making a real difference by delivering high-quality care and support. Your role will include:

  • Helping the client access the community and enjoy a fulfilling life through activities like:
    • Bowling
    • Visiting coffee shops
    • Walking
    • Listening to music
    • Watching Marvel Cinematic Universe films
  • Providing all-round attentive, person-centred care with energy, empathy, and enthusiasm.
  • Fostering meaningful relationships while maintaining a responsive, observant, proactive, reassuring, and calm approach.

You’ll be supported with full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical guidance to develop your skills in complex care.


Requirements & Qualifications
