Salary

£14.50 - £19.50 per hour

We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated Clinical Support Workers to join our expanding team. We provide bespoke support for individuals with complex clinical needs across Melksham, Chippenham, Calne, Trowbridge, Devizes and surrounding areas. We have a variety of shift times and lengths available to suit your lifestyle.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting clients with their daily personal care and complex mobility needs.
  • Managing clinical requirements, specifically PEG feeding and stoma care.
  • Providing specialist support for individuals with spinal injuries and other long-term neurological conditions.
  • Competent use of moving and assisting equipment, including ceiling track hoists, electric wheelchairs, and various lifting aids.
  • Promoting independence, providing companionship, and facilitating social engagement within the community.

Requirements

  • Must be an experienced healthcare professional
  • Prior clinical experience is highly preferred, but full training can be provided for specific tasks (PEG, stoma, and spinal injuries)
  • An NVQ Level 3 in Social Care is highly desirable.
  • Must hold a FULL UK driving license.
  • A kind-hearted, hard-working, and creative approach to care.
