Complex Care Domiciliary Nurse
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Complex Care Domiciliary Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients in their own homes. You will play a vital role in supporting patients with complex health needs, ensuring clinical excellence and promoting independence and dignity wherever possible.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (prorata, dependent on experience) / Competitive hourly rates
- Mileage allowance (40p/mile)

Requirements
- Current NMC registration (Registered Nurse – Adult) with no restrictions
- More than 2 years’ experience in complex care within a hospital or community setting
- Experienced skills in:
- Urinary catheterisation insertion and management
- Stoma management
- Enteral feeding (PEG / NG)
- Tracheostomy care
- Respiratory care (including cough assist, oxygen therapy, and ventilation)
- Wound management
- Willingness to travel in and around Maidenhead, Marlow, and Henley by your own car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in working autonomously and within a team
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and patient advocacy
