About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Complex Care Support Workers to join our growing team across the UK. You'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults and children with a range of complex needs, supporting them to live safely and independently within their own homes and communities. Every care package is tailored to the individual, meaning no two roles are the same. Our service users may have:
- Complex physical health conditions
- Mental health needs
- Learning disabilities
- Neurological conditions
- Acquired brain injuries
- Autism spectrum conditions
- Challenging behaviours
- Long-term health conditions
- Life-limiting illnesses
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
- Support with personal care where required.
- Assist with medication administration (following training and competency assessments).
- Support with mobility and the use of specialist equipment.
- Assist with nutrition, hydration and meal preparation.
- Promote independence and encourage participation in daily activities.
- Monitor and report changes in a service user's health and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Work closely with families, healthcare professionals and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Promote dignity, respect and choice at all times.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in complex care, domiciliary care, healthcare or support work.
- Experience supporting adults and/or children with complex needs.
- Experience with PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilation, epilepsy management, catheter care or other clinical interventions (training can be provided for the right candidates).
- Up to date mandatory training (including PMVA, PEG, Trachy, BLS, ILS, Manual Handling - depending on the role you are applying for).
