Complex Care Support Worker
Female Complex Care Assistant (Support Worker) – Crewe, Cheshire
Location: Crewe Pay: £15.45 – £17.51 per hour Shifts: Days (8am–8pm) & Nights (8pm–8am)
About the Role
Join Libertatem Healthcare Group and make a real difference by supporting a young lady in her 20s living independently in Crewe with complex needs resulting from an acquired brain injury.
Her care includes:
- Communication support
- Mobility assistance
- Epilepsy management
- Tracheostomy care
She loves music, films/TV (especially horror), and sensory activities—your role will be to provide physical and emotional support, helping her live life to the fullest while working as part of a dedicated 24/7 support team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a female support worker with:
✅ A genuine passion for care and a desire to make a meaningful difference ✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships ✅ Compassionate, empathetic, and patient nature ✅ Reliability & flexibility to adapt to client needs ✅ Experience in complex care, including challenging behaviours ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✅ Full UK driving licence (with willingness to drive the client’s vehicle)

Key Responsibilities
As a Complex Care Assistant, your duties will include:
- Monitoring the client’s condition and health
- Supporting daily/nightly routines
- Assisting with personal hygiene & mobility
- Administering medication and health monitoring
- Providing emotional support & companionship
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals & family members
