Complex Case Manager - Argenti Care Technology Team

PA: Bringing Ingenuary to Life
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role with the following flexibility:
- A minimum of two days per week spent in the office or on client sites (up to five days on a client site depending on the assignment)
- Flexible working hours (within 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday) tailored to your needs
- Based in the PA London (Victoria) office, anchored by a dedicated Southwest London team hub
- Potential for additional national travel as our services expand
About the Role
Established in 2013, Argenti (a PA Consulting partnership) collaborates with councils to deliver innovative Care Technology services (commonly called Technology-Enabled Care (TEC) or telecare). Using technology, we help people of all ages live safer and more independent lives.
We are seeking a **talented, solutions-focused **Complex Case Manager to support Argenti’s service in Southwest London.
Core Responsibilities
As the Complex Case Manager, you will:
- Advise and support social care practitioners in specifying complex Care Technology needs, ensuring solutions are evidence-based and innovative.
- Partner with care teams to:
- Identify challenges and co-design tailored, person-centred solutions.
- Collaborate with Argenti partners and adult/children’s social care professionals.
- Install and deliver specialist Care Technology equipment (including virtual care and residential settings).
- Champion outcomes for service users, ensuring every solution enhances independence, wellbeing, and safety.
- Document learnings and contribute to Argenti-wide best practices, influencing future care technology.
- Work closely with the Argenti Innovation Specialist to drive ongoing innovation and evaluation.

Requirements
Necessary Skills & Attributes
- Tech-enabled care experience: Proven track record in health/social care technology.
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to explore innovative solutions for complex or unique cases.
- Collaborative and inclusive approach: Strong partnership working with social care practitioners.
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable adopting new technology and sourcing bespoke solutions.
- Analytical skills: Skilled in assessing customer needs through check-ups and risk assessments.
Key Competencies
- IT proficiency: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Attention to detail and project management skills
- Adaptability in resolving unique challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Desirable (but not necessary)
- Direct experience in adult social care with council partners.
- Hands-on knowledge of Care Technology installation/implementation.
- Expertise in monitoring organisational frameworks.

Qualifications & Background Checks
- Applicants must meet the 5 years continuous residency in the UK requirement (or be British citizens):
- A UK security clearance (Baseline Personnel Security Standard: BSPS) will be mandatory if required.
