Description

Complex Injury Paralegal
📍 Southampton | Full Time | 35 Hours Per Week

Start your legal career with one of the UK's leading insurance law firms & join one of our newest Partners as she begins to grow her team.

Are you looking for an opportunity to build a rewarding career in law? Perhaps you've gained some legal experience through work, study, or a placement and are ready for your next challenge. If you're organised, eager to learn, and have a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a Complex Injury Paralegal to join our specialist team, supporting Partner and Lead Lawyer Nicole Way, who handles large and complex injury RTA claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Nicole, one of Keoghs’ newest and most welcomed Partners, as she begins to grow her team. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop your legal knowledge and take the first steps in your career journey, with Nicole keen to support, nurture and develop the right individual.

The role would suit someone who can demonstrate a genuine interest in personal injury, whether through previous work experience, their current role, or relevant areas of study such as personal injury, tort or civil litigation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
