Position: Complex Needs Night Support Worker

What You'll Do
- Work primarily within one geographic location with occasional reasonable travel.
- Collaborate with BCHA team members and external agencies, including:
- Local Authority Housing Teams,
- Housing Benefit Teams,
- DWP, and more.
- Provide exceptional out-of-hours customer service, ensuring:
- Building security.
- The safety of both customers and visitors.
- Prevent breaches of occupancy agreements by:
- Proactively managing incidents.
- De-escalating situations effectively.
- Embrace and uphold BCHA's core ethical values:
