Position: Complex Needs Night Support Worker

What You'll Do

  • Work primarily within one geographic location with occasional reasonable travel.
  • Collaborate with BCHA team members and external agencies, including:
    • Local Authority Housing Teams,
    • Housing Benefit Teams,
    • DWP, and more.
  • Provide exceptional out-of-hours customer service, ensuring:
    • Building security.
    • The safety of both customers and visitors.
  • Prevent breaches of occupancy agreements by:
    • Proactively managing incidents.
    • De-escalating situations effectively.
  • Embrace and uphold BCHA's core ethical values:
    • Personal integrity,
    • Respect for every individual,
    • Outstanding service,
    • Teamwork,
    • Adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
