Complex Wound Specialist
Clinical Specialist – Advanced Wound Management (Yorkshire & Humber Region)

What Will You Be Doing?
As the clinical specialist, you will be at the core of our Advanced Wound Management portfolio, working closely with colleagues and customers across community-based healthcare settings. Your role blends:
- Hands-on clinical support
- Relationship-building
- Problem-solving
You will:
- Guide decision-makers in selecting the right wound care solutions
- Deliver high-quality clinical education
- Advocate for our therapies to strengthen confidence among practitioners
- Ensure patients receive evidence-based care, supported by the best tools available
Your work will directly influence product usage across your territory while empowering clinicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

What Will You Need to Succeed?
Success in this role requires:
- A combined blend of clinical expertise, empathy, and a drive for positive change
- The ability to collaborate, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment
- A willingness to support others in making well-informed clinical decisions
Key Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or allied health professional
- NHS clinical experience, with a special interest in wound care and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT)
- Strong ability to deliver confident clinical education and build trust with community-based healthcare professionals
- Excellent organisational skills to manage territory, relationships, and training programmes
- A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to improving patient care outcomes
