Complex Wound Specialist

Field-Based Clinical Sales Specialist – Advanced Wound Management

Location: Yorkshire and Humber region

What You’ll Be Doing

As the go-to expert for complex wound care in Yorkshire and Humber, you’ll be at the heart of our Advanced Wound Management portfolio. Your role will blend:

  • Hands-on clinical support for healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the community setting.
  • Building strategic relationships with decision-makers across territories.
  • Problem-solving to ensure patients receive safe, effective therapies tailored to their needs.
  • Delivering high-impact clinical education, advocating our therapies, and fostering confidence among clinicians.

Your influence will shape product adoption across your territory while empowering HCPs to make informed, life-changing clinical decisions.

✅ You must:

  • Be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or allied health professional with NHS experience and a special interest in wound care/NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy).
  • Deliver confident, impactful clinical education and earn trust across diverse community-based HCPs.
  • Organise and manage your territory effectively, balancing training programmes, customer visits, and relationships.
  • Show passion for continuous learning, with a focus on solutions that improve patient outcomes.
