Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to support daily compliance and administrative activities. You will assist with maintaining compliance documentation, monitoring records, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring business activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize compliance records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance verification processes.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and maintain tracking logs.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews by preparing required documentation.
- Update databases, spreadsheets, and compliance management systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information and resolve documentation issues.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports and administrative summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and customer information.
- Help ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Respond to internal compliance-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance administrative efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, compliance, operations, or a similar role (internships are welcome).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of compliance, governance, or regulatory frameworks.
- Experience using document management systems or compliance software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with GDPR or general data protection principles is desirable but not essential.
