Your new company
When joining us as a Compliance Administrator, you will join a leading consultancy firm, with a worldwide presence. We pride ourselves on knowledge, expertise, and lifelong partnerships, and are conveniently located in Belfast City Centre.
Your new role
Based in our reception area, you will greet visiting candidates and clients in a professional manner and will be a point of contact for compliance queries across the Belfast and Portadown offices. You will support the Equality Commission monitoring of the temporary and permanent candidate population, assisting in the auditing and reporting functions to ensure a high degree of results to eliminate potential risk to the business.

You will also be responsible for preparing reports and providing general administrative support to the team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain administrative experience to begin your professional career.

What you'll need to succeed
- Strong attention to detail in addition to good organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages including Excel and Word
- The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
What you'll get in return
- £12.71 per hour
- Belfast city centre
- 3 months temporary with potential for extension
- Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
